2.3 No Warranty on Listings

While JuriTeam may review listings for accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of any service provider listed on the Site.

4.3 Review and Approvical Process

All listings are reviewed manually before publication. JuriTeam reserves the right to request clarifications, edits, or additional information.

4.4 Refusal, Editing, or Removal of Listings

JuriTeam may refuse, modify, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• misleading or inaccurate information
• inappropriate or non-relevant content
• non-payment of fees
• breach of these Terms

5. Payments and Billing

Service Providers may be required to pay fees for listing publication, upgrades, or advertising options. Fees are communicated in advance by email or via invoice.

5.2 Invoicing

Invoices are issued electronically. Listings are published only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable Canadian law. Once a listing is published or work has begun on publication, no refunds will be granted.

5.4 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms, as specified on the invoice.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 No Endorsement of Providers

JuriTeam does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any service provider listed on the Site. Listings are provided for informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting service providers.

6.2 No Responsaibility for Provider Service

JuriTeam is not involved in the delivery, performance, or quality of any services offered by listed providers. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising from services rendered by a provider must be resolved directly between the User and the provider.

6.3 Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites. JuriTeam is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of external sites and assumes no liability arising from their use.

6.4 Errors or Omissions

Although JuriTeam strives to maintain accurate content, errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur. JuriTeam is not liable for any damages arising from such inaccuracies.
